Worship Sun to Wash Away All Your Sorrows on the 1st day of the Year

The New Year starts today. January 1, 2023, is Sunday. This day is believed to be associated with Suryadev. In such a case, if you start your new year by worshipping the sun, all your wishes will be fulfilled.

You can start your year with a pleasant experience by offering water to Sun and worshipping Sun on Sunday. If you worship Sun as per rituals, then your whole year will be good and you will not have to face any problems. Here are the rituals to follow to worship Sun in a proper way.

First offer water to Sun and perform aarti. Using a copper vessel will be more beneficial. Take red or yellow sandalwood in a copper pot. Put some rice and flowers in it and offer it to Sun. While offering water, raise your hand so high that the reflection of the sun stream is visible from the middle of the water stream. Chant the mantra ‘Om Suryaya Naam’ while offering water.

You can get good results by donating things related to Suryadev. On this day you should donate copper, yellow cloth, wheat, jaggery etc. It is very beneficial
