The user, Jay, shared his experience online, explaining that he had ordered a pressure cooker from Amazon on October 1, 2022, but cancelled the order soon after and received a refund. To his surprise, the cancelled order unexpectedly arrived at his doorstep on August 28, 2024.

Jay humorously expressed his confusion in a tweet, saying, “Thank you, Amazon, for delivering my order after 2 years. The cook is elated after the prolonged wait, must be a very special pressure cooker!”

The post quickly went viral, with many users dubbing the incident “delivered from Mars.” Some shared their own stories of delayed deliveries, while others turned the situation into a joke. In response to Jay’s viral post, Amazon apologised and suggested he report the issue to their support team. Jay humorously replied, “Report what? The order was cancelled and refunded back in 2022? And delivered out of nowhere yesterday. How do I pay for it now?”
