Chandrababu Naidu Wants Andhra Capital Amaravathi to Become Artificial Intelligence City

Amaravathi: With the vision to develop Amaravathi as the city of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday directed officials to formulate plans for the purpose.

During a high-level review meeting, he asked the officials to design the Amaravathi logo in English with the first letter as A and the last letter as I that would bear a resemblance to AI.

He also wanted the construction of the capital city of Andhra Pradesh in such a way that technology is available in every corner.

Maintaining that still 3,558 acres were needed to be acquired in the capital area, the Chief Minister said the farmers were coming forward to give up their lands.

The officials also informed Naidu that 60 per cent of the jungle clearance works were complete in the capital region and the Chief Minister told them to use drones for assessing and for supervising the jungle clearance works.
