Minister Anurag Thakur Slams Congress For Violating COVID Norms

New Delhi: Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Anurag Singh Thakur, slammed the Congress today for mocking COVID protocol. Speaking to reporters outside the Parliament, he revealed that a state Chief minister who was taking part in the Bharat Jodo yatra with Congress MP Rahul Gandhi had tested to be COVID positive.

The minister refuted claims that the administration wanted to stop and demean Congress’ yatra. He said that the government had not voiced any opposition in the last 100 days.

But as a result of new COVID variants emanating from China, cases are already on the rise. The only goal of the government is to protect the populace from the COVID virus.
