Shraddha Murder: Delhi Court Extends Aaftab’s Judicial Custody For 14 Days

New Delhi: A court here on Friday extended by 14 days the judicial custody of Delhi’s Shraddha Walkar murder accused Aaftab Amin Poonawala.

According to reports, Poonawala was produced before the court through videoconferencing.

In the last hearing in the case on November 26, the court had extended the judicial custody of the accused by 13 days.

Recently Aftab’s narco test was conducted. Reports say during the narco test, Aftab’s health was absolutely fine as the test went successful.

Shraddha and Aaftab were living together since 2019 after meeting on a dating platform. On May 8 of this year, they moved from Mumbai to Delhi.

Poonawala, 28, allegedly sawed Walkar’s body into 35 pieces and kept them in a 300-litre fridge for almost three weeks at his residence in south Delhi’s Mehrauli before dumping them across the city over several days.
