WATCH: Ex-Boyfriend Storms Into Lover’s House, Kidnaps Her On Her Engagement Day

Hyderabad: A group of about 40 men forced their way into a house and abducted a 24-year-old Telangana woman on the day she was to get engaged, according to a frightening video of the incident. After a police operation that lasted several hours, she was successfully rescued, and several of the suspects have been apprehended.

The woman, a BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) graduate who was employed as a house surgeon, was kidnapped from her home in the Telangana village of Adibatla in the Ranga Reddy district, which is close to Hyderabad.

As per reports, the woman’s parents claim that some 100 young men stormed into their home and forcibly removed their daughter Vaishali.

The woman’s family claims that Naveen Reddy, who had allegedly been pressuring the woman to marry him, was responsible for organising the mob and taking the woman hostage.

The woman supposedly had a relationship with Naveen, but she insists they were never wed.

18 persons have been detained by the police, but they claim that the main suspect, Naveen, is still at large. According to them, they are also attempting to locate and arrest the others.

According to reports, Naveen even used the proceeds from his lucrative multilevel marketing venture to buy her a car.

Reportedly when Naveen approached the girl for marriage, she declined it. After that, he allegedly harassed her on Instagram and other social media sites, trigger a police complaint from the girl of stalking.

Vaishali was apparently set to get engaged yesterday when Naveen and around 40 other people stormed in and attacked the girl’s family, home, and car. The 24-year-old medic was taken away, but she was later freed by them, and she then called her parents.
