WATCH: Stones Hurled at WFI Chief Brij Bhushan’s Convoy in Uttar Pradesh

Gonda: BJP MP Brijbhushan Sharan Singh’s event in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, took a chaotic turn on Saturday. Reports suggest that a violent clash broke out between two groups vying to take a selfie, leading to stone pelting and further escalation of the fight. Surprisingly, despite the chaos, the BJP MP emerged unharmed as his supporters threw stones at his convoy. Disturbing videos of the violence and stone pelting quickly spread across social media platforms.

During the event, Singh made a statement regarding the Muslim community’s increasing participation in the BJP. He highlighted an upcoming program organized by the BJP minority cell in the Katra Bazaar constituency. Singh emphasized the immense popularity of Prime Minister Modi and expressed confidence that the public stands firmly with him. He further mentioned that people’s actions are often driven by their own beliefs and convictions.

In a separate development, Brijbhushan Sharan Singh has faced serious allegations of sexual assault from female wrestlers. The Delhi police have filed chargesheets related to the case, involving six wrestlers. The matter remains under investigation, and legal proceedings are underway.
