15 More Electric Mo Bus to Run in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: The number of eco-friendly electric buses running under Mo Bus service in Odisha’s capital city Bhubaneswar will increase to 35 with the addition of 15 new electric buses to the fleet. The state transport department has procured 15 more electric buses for the Mo Bus service of the Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT).

Earlier CRUT was operating 20 air-conditioned electric buses in the capital. These buses meant for eco-friendly public transport provide pollution-free comfortable rides for commuters.

Odisha transport department is extending the Mo Bus service to more urban centers in Odisha. On Thursday, Mo Bus service was introduced in Rourkela, ahead of the FIH Hockey Men’s World Cup 2023.

CRUT plans to introduce more electric buses under Mo Bus scheme in Bhubaneswar and other cities of Odisha.
