3 Bodies Recovered From House In Bargarh; Murder Suspected

Bargarh: Three mutilated bodies, including two women, were recovered from a house at Akhiphuta village under Bheden Police limits of Bargarh on Tuesday.

The deceased have been identified as Tankadhar Sahu and his two wives- Madhavi and Draupadi.

Reportedly, Tankadhar had married for the second time after he failed to have any child with his first wife.

According to reports, the matter came to the fore after neighbours informed police suspecting something fishy after Tankadhar’s family did not open the gates today.

On being informed, police reached the spot and initiated an investigation after recovering the bodies.

Though the exact reason behind the death is yet to be ascertained, it is suspected that the trio might have been murdered as all the bodies carried head injuries.

Further investigation is underway in this regard.
