Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s  Sports Drama ‘Lal Salaam’ to Release on Pongal 2024

Chennai: ‘Lal Salaam’ directed by Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth is set to release on Pongal next year in January 2024.

Sharing a new poster of the film on X (formerly Twitter), makers Lyca Productions wrote, “LAL SALAAM to hit screens on PONGAL 2024 “.

The new poster, predominantly coloured in a shade of red, features Rajinikanth standing in front of a vintage car near a cricket field.

Rajinikanth and former Team India captain Kapil Dev are likely to play cameos in this sports drama. ‘Lal Salaam’ has Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in lead roles.

In this movie, Rajinikanth plays a character named Moideen Bhai. A.R. Rahman is its music director.

Rajinikanth had completed shooting his part in the film back in July.
