B-20 Meet Under India’s G20 Presidency Kicks Off in Gandhinagar

Gandhinagar: The first B-20 meet as part of India’s G-20 presidency is taking place at Gandhinagar today. Nearly 600 delegates from India and the world will take part in the B 20 India meet which will be formally inaugurated at Gandhinagar tomorrow.

B-20 India will be centred around the overall vision of “R.A.I.S.E: Responsible, Accelerated, Innovative, Sustainable and Equitable Businesses”. Our correspondent reports that more than 200 delegates from G-20 nations have reached Gujarat to take part in the meeting.

The Gujarat government has organised a series of programmes to welcome International delegates to the State. To introduce the G 20 delegates to the journey and principles of Mahatma Mandir, they will be taken to Dandi Kutir, a museum in Gandhinagar dedicated to the life of Mahatma Gandhi.

The cultural bonanza has also been organized today evening where the delegates will get to experience Gujarat’s traditional dance forms such as Garba, Dangi tribal dance and Mishra Ras which will be followed by dinner hosted by CM Bhupendra Patel.
