Balasore Train Tragedy: Demolition Of Bahanaga Bazar High School Begins

Balasore: The demolition work of Bahanaga Bazar High School building in Balasore t, where the bodies of the train accident victims were kept, began on Friday morning.

Reportedly, the work was carried out in the presence of the authorities of school managing committee members and the Works Department.

Earlier, it was decided that new classrooms will be constructed after the demolition.

Worth mentioning that the decision came after the students of the school had refused to attend classes there fearing the presence of ghosts after the bodies of the train accident victims were stored there for two days before they were shifted to various hospitals.

The decision to demolish the school came after Balasore Collector Dattatraya Bhausaheb Shinde visited the school on Thursday and held discussions with the school management committee.
