Bhubaneswar: On the occasion of the 75th year of independence, the All India Congress Committee has decided to organize a 75 km Independence Glory Walk across the country from August 9 to August 14. Accordingly, on behalf of Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee, Bhubaneswar constituency Congress President Mr. Biswajit Das and MLA candidate Rajeev Patnaik led a triangular march from Master Canteen Street to Ram mandir Street, Press Colony, and reached the Congress building.

On this occasion, Mr. Patnaik spoke about the great men who sacrificed their lives in India’s freedom struggle. Mr. Das revealed that the Tiranga Yatra is being held at various places in Bhubaneswar and will continue.
