Boyfriend Pushed Airhostess to Death in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: Police investigation has revealed the culprit behind the death of the airhostess, who fell from an apartment in Bengaluru on March 11. This airhostess named Archana was allegedly pushed to death by her boyfriend Adesh, Bengaluru police sources revealed on Tuesday.

The accused was arrested following a complaint lodged by the parents of the deceased. The deceased Archana (28) hailed from Himachal Pradesh. The accused, Adesh is from Kerala and works in Bengaluru. This alleged murder took place on the premises of the Renuka Residency in Koramangala locality of Bengaluru.

Archana was threatening to take legal action against the accused for not marrying her. She had met her boyfriend through a dating app. For the last three months, Archana was pressing upon Adesh to marry her. But, the accused had no intention to marry her.

The murdered airhostess had reached Bengaluru from Dubai to persuade Adesh to marry her. This had led to arguments between them and Archana had threatened to take legal action against Adesh.

The police investigations hint that the accused Adesh had allegedly pushed her off from his apartment to kill her.

After committing the murder, Adesh had called up Archana’s father to pass on the news of her death claiming that she fell from the building in an inebriated state. He had also called up the police.

The police have arrested the accused following a complaint by the parents of the deceased air hostess. They suspected the role of the accused boyfriend and even charged that he had pushed her off from the building.
