Drug ‘NAOQ 19’ to treat covid infection

New Delhi: The government has approved the use of the Ayurveda drug ‘NAOQ19’ for the treatment of mild to moderate infection of covid.

Arvind Prabhuti, the managing director of Shriveda Sattva Private Limited, the manufacturer of ‘NAOQ 19’, told in a press conference here on Wednesday that the Ministry of AYUSH has taken an important decision on Shriveda Sattva Limited’s ‘NAOQ 19’ for mild to moderate infection of covid.

This permission has been given to this drug after testing at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Jodhpur, Rishikesh, and Puducherry, and two other private hospitals. These tests were done on 550 covid patients.

He said the ‘NAOQ 19’ is being manufactured at the company’s Hyderabad and Bangalore plants and has been demanded by Ghana, Tanzania, Nigeria, and other countries in Africa. Shortly, the company plans to offer it to European countries, Arab countries, and American countries as well.

He said that according to the results of the trials, patients with the use of ‘NAOQ 19’ improved rapidly and their hospital stay was reduced. ‘NAOQ 19’ did not show any side effects in all tests. He said that 100 percent success has been achieved in the use of this drug in viral eradication.

The company’s Chief Science Officer Dr. M. Ravi Kumar Reddy said that ‘NAOQ 19’ has been prepared after a thorough review of the facts related to all the available materials. Several preclinical analyzes have been performed to confirm safety and efficacy. Pharmacopeial standards are met at every stage to ensure formulation quality, safety, and efficacy. The primary results and secondary results of the tests are completely accurate.

‘NAOQ 19’ is a potent blend of 13 potent herbs and their extracts that strengthen the immune system. It has also been found to be useful and effective in helping with conditions such as cold and cough, respiratory disorders, inflammation, and fever.
