Financial Literacy Course for School Students

New Delhi: A financial literacy program for school education curriculum in India has been prepared by the Reserve Bank Of India (RBI) and other regulators.  This course is aimed at expanding financial literacy in the country. This was informed by the Executive Director of the RBI, Anil Kumar Sharma at Sa-Dhan National Conference on Financial Inclusion 2022.

Except for three, all the state school education boards have agreed to include this financial literacy course in their curriculums.

The content of this course for school students was developed in consultation with all the regulators. This financial literacy course is meant for classes 6-10.
