New Delhi: Big and important news for all bank account holders. After implementing the recommendations given by the Reserve Bank of India, the way working of all the banks will change. Bank employees and bank customers will be affected more with the implementations of the new rules.

The RBI has said that banks and other financial institutions may consider giving ATM e-receipts at ATMs as well as completely eliminating the use of paper in their branches.

This recommendation was made by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Wednesday or July 27. The meeting said that strategies will be developed to effectively manage the risks of climate change. Banks can consider making their branches greener by eliminating the use of paper and making the banking process more environmentally friendly.

Of course, it will not be easy for banks to make this change, experts said. Due to this, there will be more problems in the rural branches. RBI has invited comments on the circular till 30^th September.
