Jajpur Train Mishap: Union Railway Minister Condoles and Declares Ex-gratia

Bhubaneswar: Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw expressed condolence over the Jajpur train mishap.

“I am saddened by the demise of people due to a goods train accident at Korei railway station. I convey my sympathy and condolences to the families of the injured and the deceased,” tweeted Vaishnaw in Odia. The minister also announced an ex-gratia of Rs 5 lakh for the kin of each deceased and Rs 1 lakh for the grievously injured and  Rs 25,000 for persons suffering minor injuries.

ମୃତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ମାନଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ସଦସ୍ୟ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଞ୍ଚ ଲକ୍ଷ, ଗୁରୁତର ଆହତ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ଲକ୍ଷ ଏବଂ ସାମାନ୍ଯ ଆହତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ମାନଙ୍କୁ 25 ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା ଘୋଷଣା କରୁଛି I

Union Minister of Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Dharmendra Pradhan also expressed deep grief over the deaths of people due to the derailment of a goods train.

ଯାଜପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲା କୋରେଇ ଷ୍ଟେସନରେ ମାଲବାହୀ ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହୋଇ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାଣହାନୀ ହେବା ଖବର ଶୁଣି ମୁଁ ଦୁଃଖିତ ଓ ମର୍ମାହତ । ଆହତଙ୍କ ଆଶୁଆରୋଗ୍ୟ କାମନା କରିବା ସହ ଶୋକସନ୍ତପ୍ତ ପରିବାର ବର୍ଗଙ୍କୁ ସମବେଦନା ଜଣାଉଛି ।
