Man Beats Wife to Death Over Family Dispute in Rayagada

Rayagada: A man allegedly beat his wife to death in Odisha’s Rayagada district on Friday. The incident has to the fore from Tikiri police limits in D. Karal village.

The deceased was identified as Safai Majhi whereas the accused has been identified as Maliki Majhi.

Reportedly, there was allegedly some family-related quarrel related to which in the heat of the moment, the husband killed the wife.

One being informed, police reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it for autopsy. Police also arrested the accused and two others involved in the crime. The accused are being questioned for further evidence.
