Night Temperature Drops Below 10 Degree Celsius in Odisha’s Four Places

Bhubaneswar: Chilly night continues in Odisha. Night temperature dropped to 8 degrees Celsius in Similiguda of Koraput district. G Udaygiri of Kandhamal district recorded 8 degrees Celsius temperature on Saturday night.

Phulbani of Kandhamal district and Kirei of Sundargarh district registered 9.6-degree Celsius and 9.5 degree Celsius minimum temperatures respectively.

As per the reports given by Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar experienced a night temperature of 17 degrees Celsius, whereas Cuttack city also recorded the same night temperature.

Daringbadi of Kandhamal district, which is termed the “Kashmir of Odisha”, and Bhawanipatna of Kalahandi district recorded 10 degrees Celsius night temperature.

Likewise, Sundargarh district recorded 12.5 degrees Celsius, followed by Chiplima of Sambalpur at 10.8 degree Celsius, and Jharsuguda at 10.8 degrees Celsius. Keonjhar and Deogarh recorded 1o degrees Celsius and 12.5 degree Celsius respectively.

Koraput recorded 10 degrees Celsius.
