PM Modi Expresses Grief Over Sudden Demise of Actor-Director Satish Kaushik

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed over the sudden demise of veteran actor and director Satish Kaushik.

In a tweet, PM Modi wrote, “Pained by the untimely demise of noted film personality Shri Satish Kaushik Ji. He was a creative genius who won hearts thanks to his wonderful acting and direction. His works will continue to entertain audiences. Condolences to his family and admirers. Om Shanti.”

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also expressed grief over the death of Satish Kaushik. He tweeted, “I am saddened by the passing away of noted artist and director, Mr Satish Kaushik. He contributed to many successful films in his long film career. In particular, he was called ‘Mr. India’. My condolences to his family and fans.”
