The doctor took out a steel glass from the patient’s stomach, how did such a big thing get into the body?

New Delhi: This news may surprise you or you may call it rumour. But in reality this news is true. The incident happened with 50-year-old Samarnath, who lives in Bhatauli village of Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. The doctor operated and removed the steel glass from his stomach. You may have heard or seen that towels, napkins, needles, scissors and gloves are accidentally left in the abdomen during surgery. But the steel glass coming out of the stomach is a surprise.

A man named Samarnath had severe pain in his stomach for three or four days. He went to many hospitals but did not get relief. Later, after learning from some relatives, he came to Siddharth Hospital in Wajidpur and met Dr. Lal Bahadur Siddharth and told about his problem. Then, after X-rays, the doctor surgically removed a steel glass from his stomach.

Dr. Lal Bahadur Siddharth informed about this and said that a patient came to us for hernia operation and said that he was having pain in his stomach. I first x-rayed and found that there was a full-sized steel glass in the abdomen. I asked the patient how the glass got into the stomach, he could not say anything. He said that he is having pain in his stomach for some days. Then the entire team of doctors removed the glass from the operation after hours of hard work.

It is worth noting that after the release of the steel glass, the news became a topic of discussion among people, how did the full-size steel glass went into the stomach?

Patient Samarnath said “I have a dispute with some people in the village. I fainted after drinking alcohol. People inserted this glass in my private part at this time. When I regained consciousness, the pain started. For 5 days there was slight pain in stomach and stopped eating and drinking”. After that he went to the doctor. When an X-ray was done, it was found that there was a full-sized piece of glass in the stomach.
