Three Youths Killed In Road Mishap In Nayagarh

Nayagarh: Three motorcycle riders were killed in a road mishap near Umkashram on Komand Patha in Nayagarh district.

The deceased have been identified as Suryakant Pradhan (19) of Maheshwarpur panchayat, Madhav Pradhan (20) of Rohiba under Odgaon Adams police station limits, and Rajesh Naik (19) of the same village.

Reportedly, the incident took place while returning home at midnight after watching the procession when they crashed against a tree and were critically injured.

The injured were immediately rushed to nearby Odgao Group Health Center where the doctors declared Suryakant ‘brought dead’. Rajesh and Madhav were shifted to Niagara Main Hospital after their condition deteriorated. However, they breathed their last on the way to Niagara Main Hospital.
