Youth Kills Father, Chops Body into 32 parts to Dump in Borewell in Karnataka

Bengaluru: A 20-year-old drunkard chopped the body of his father into 32 pieces after the murder. He dumped the body pieces of his father in a borewell in Karnataka’s Bagalkot district. The accused, identified as Vitthal was arrested by police on Monday.

According to police sources, Vitthal’s father Parshuram used to oppose his liquor addiction. Parshuram used to beat Vitthal every time he was drunk. On December 6, Parashurama thrashed Vitthal for his drinking habit. It had enraged Vitthal, who hit his father with a rod, killing him on the spot.

After committing the murder, Vitthal tried to hide the body. He cut down the body into small parts and disposed of them in a borewell on his farm on the outskirts of Mudhol Town.

During interrogation, Vitthal confessed to the murder.
