CM Naveen Orders To Fill Up 4,790 Constable Posts

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday ordered to start of the process of filling up 4,790 constable posts in Odisha Police.

The Chief Minister sanctioned these posts in four phases this year.

The process to fill these vacancies will start very soon, said an official press release.

These constables will be given appointments in 34 police districts and the Commissionerate Police of the State.

This will fill up vacancies of constables in various police stations and districts of the state and enhance the capacity of the police in the maintenance of law and order.
