Odisha Bhaskar Journalist Manu Tandi Passes Away

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Bhaskar journalist Manu Tandi, who was working as a reporter at Khadial block in Nuapada district, passed away on Sunday.

Tandi was suffering from various ailments and died today afternoon undergoing treatment at Burla Medical College and Hospital.

Manu Tandi is a well-known person in the Nuapada area. Though his life was full of turbulence, he performed his duties as an active member of the Nuapada Journalist Association.

He was also the president of the Khadial Cultural Association and his contribution to art, culture and literature will always be remembered.

Deep tributes have been paid to him from various quarters. Odisha Bhaskar’s head office at Bhubaneswar also paid deep condolences observing a two-minute silent prayer.

His friends and colleagues from the industry also mourned his death.
