Rohit Sharma Injured, But Returns to Training

Adelaide: Ahead of their semi-final clash against England, Team India seems to have managed to escape from what could have been a major blow to their world cup dreams.

According to reports, while batting in the nets on Monday, Team India skipper Rohit Sharma got hit in the forearm after a short ball jumped off a length.

However, the skipper was spotted training with the team on Tuesday. Even though Rohit has not been able to make a major impact as a batter in the T20 world cup so far, he remains to be an integral part of the team of their WC campaign.

Several fans took to social media to share the video of the time when Rohit got hit in the arm when Rohit was visibly in pain.

A team official also confirmed to the media that Rohit’s injury is not that serious and he doesn’t need a scan.
