+2 Student Commits Suicide After Caught Cheating in Board Exam in Berhampur

Berhampur: A Plus 2 student committed suicide in Berhampur of Ganjam district in Odisha after allegedly being caught while cheating during the ongoing higher secondary board examinations conducted by the CHSE, Odisha.

The student identified as Debasish Sethis was found hanging at his home in Ankuli area of Berhampur on Friday.

He was a student of Nilakantheswar Sishu Mandir in Berhampur. As per reports, on Thursday, invigilators caught his red handed whiel he was involved in malpractice during the Plus 2 Examination of his Physics paper at the Khallikote Higher Secondary School examination centre. It is suspected that following this he took the drastic decision to end his life.
