Actress-Politician Payal Ghosh Proposes to Marry Mohammad Shami, But With a Condition

New Delhi: Wooed by the performance of Indian speedster Mohammed Shami in cricket field in the ICC ODI World Cup, actress-turned-politician Payal Ghosh has expressed her desire to marry Shami. But she has a condition.

“Shami Tum apna English sudharlo, I’m ready to marry you,” Payal Ghosh posted on X.

Her social media post has gone viral. But Shami has not recated to it.

Ghosh is a 31-year-old actress and politician in Ramdas Athawale’s political party. He is the vice-president of its women’s wing.

Shami’s marriage with Hasin Jahan has ended in a divorce, with Hasin accusing Shami of infidelity, match-fixing and domestic violence. They have a daughter.
