Chocolate Bombs Seized from Maoist Camp Busted in Nuapada

Nuapada: Security forces unearthed a secret Maoist camp in the Patadaraha reserve forest in Nuapada district. A large quantity of explosives including chocolate bombs was seized from the deserted naxal camp near the Chhattisgarh border.

This Maoist camp was located near the Nangalaghat village under Sinapali police station limits during a joint combing operation by the personnel of SOG, DVF, and CRPF.

The Maoists in the camp preferred to escape leaving behind explosives and other materials. The seized items included 5 kg of explosive materials, 20 chocolate bombs, medicines, and food materials.

Combing operation has been intensified in the area to track down the escaped ultras.
