Salman Khan Firing Case Accused Attempts Suicide

Mumbai: One of the accused in the Salman Khan firing case tried to end life by suicide, reported India Today TV on Wednesday, quoting sources.

The man, who attempted suicide, was identified as Anuj Thapan (32). He allegedly supplied weapons to the shooters, who fired in front of Salman Khan’s residence.

Injured Anuj has been admitted to Mumbai’s GT Hospital in critical condition.

Thapan was arrested by the Mumbai Police along with another accused, Sonu Subhash Chander (37), from Punjab on April 25.
