Soumya Ranjan Resigns as ‘Sambad’ Editor & Chairman of ‘Eastern Media’

Bhubaneswar: Khandapada MLA Soumya Ranjan Patnaik resigned from the post of the editor of the ‘Sambad’ and chairman of the Eastern Media Limited citing personal reasons.

According to sources, the Executive Director of the ‘Sambad Group’, Tanaya Patnaik will succeed him as the new editor of the ‘Sambad’.

On September 21, BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik  had expelled Khandapada MLA Soumya Ranjan Patnaik from the party alleging anti-people activities.
