#ArrestKohli Trends On Twitter After Virat Fan Kills His Friend

‘#ArrestKohli’ hashtag is trending on Twitter since Saturday morning after a shocking incident took place in Mallur in Tamil Nadu.

According to reports, a Virat Kohli fan named Dharmaraj allegedly murdered his friend Vignesh for supporting Rohit Sharma.

Both friends were in an inebriated state when a heated argument erupted between them over who was a better player.

Vignesh, a Mumbai Indian fan, disparaged Virat Kohli and his Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) IPL squad, which irritated Dharmaraj.

The argument quickly turned violent and a physical battle erupted between the duo. Following this, Dharmaraj attacked his friend Vignesh with a glass bottle, killing him on the spot. Later, Dharmaraj fled the spot.

A police team recovered Vignesh’s body, bringing the tragedy to light. Dharmaraj was arrested on the next day after a murder complaint was filed against him.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli’s fans are furious over this trend and are outpouring their anger against it in their own creative ways.

Following the incident, the hashtag #ArrestKohli started trending on Twitter since today morning.
