Gang War in Delhi’s Tihar Jail, 4 Injured

New Delhi: Four inmates were injured in a violent group clash in the Tihar jail in Delhi.

This clash was suspected to be a gang war between two rival groups for supremacy inside the prison.

This violent clash inside the Tihar jail occurred on Wednesday morning. The police have lodged a case under relevant sections of the IPC in connection with the incident.

According to the initial investigation, the injured were from separate groups and the reason for the attack was to establish supremacy inside the prison.

The injured were admitted to Deen Dayal Upadhyay (DDU) hospital and later sent back to the jail after treatment.
