Pakistani Citizen & Family Arrested for Using Fake Docs to Stay Illegally near Bengaluru

Bengaluru: A Pakistani citizen, his wife and two others were arrested for living illegally near Bengaluru in Karnataka for past six years using fake identities.

Investigation has revealed that the Pakistani national is married to a woman from Bangladesh and they were earlier staying in Dhaka, where they got married.

The couple allegedly came to Delhi in 2014 and later shifted to Bengaluru in 2018. The other two persons arrested are his in-laws. They were arrested during a raid in Jigani area on the outskirts of Bengaluru on Sunday.

By getting fake identity documents, this family was at a rented house in Jigani for the past six years. The police are interrogating the man about his network and activities.
