Teenager Stabbed to Death by Juvenile Friends Who Called Him for a Drink in Delhi

New Delhi: A 17-year-old boy was stabbed to death by a group of minors in a park in south Delhi’s Malviya Nagar area. The body of the deceased identified as Vivek was found on Friday.

Police investigation led to the detention of three juveniles involved in the murder. One among the nabbed trio chalked out the plan to kill Vivek with the help of his five minor friends.

On Thursday, he invited Vivek for a drink and took him to Satpula Park in Malviya Nagar. There he and his five friends attacked Vivek with two knives and stones, police sources said. This murder was the fallout of a fight that one of the juveniles had with Vivek a few months ago. Vivek had beaten up the juvenile. Holding the grudge, the minor planned up to murder Vivek with the help of his friends.

Two bloodstained knives have been recovered. Three juveniles were yet to be nabbed and further investigation was on.
