Amitabh Bachchan to Act in Rajinikanth’s 170th Film Named “Vettaiyan”

Chennai: Ending all speculations, Lyca Productions declared that superstar Rajinikanth’s 170th film will be named “Vettaiyan” and its star cast will include the Big B Amitabh Bachchan.

This Tamil film will be directed by TJ Gnanavel of “Jai Bhim” fame. Lyca Productions released Vettaiyan’s title teaser on the occasion of Rajinikanth’s 73rd birthday.

“Vettaiyan”, billed as an entertainer with a message, also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Ritika Singh, Manju Warrier and Dushara Vijayan.

Anirudh Ravichander will compose the music for the movie. Rajinikanth’s upcoming films include a yet-untitled project with Lokesh Kanagaraj and daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s “Lal Salaam”.
