Vicky Kaushal Turns Valiant Chhatrapati Sambhaji in Chhaava, Teaser Released

Mumbai: Donning a long-haired heavily bearded look, Vicky Kaushal appears as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj on the battlefield to fight an army of enemies in the teaser of Chhaava. Kaushal uploaded the teaser on Monday.

The teaser opens with a striking visual of an army, led by Vicky’s character to the battle. Wearing armour and headgear, with a sword in hand he attacks and slays enemy forces. A voice in the background roars, “Chhatrapati Shivaji ko sher kehte hain, aur sher ke bacche ko Chhaava.”

Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj was the son of the great Maratha emperor Chhattrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Akshaye Khanna also appears in the teaser as Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. The teaser ends with Vicky’s Sambhaji seated on the throne.
