Illegal Gun Manufacturing Unit Busted In UP’s Meerut; Proprietors Held

Meerut: A Special Task Force (STF) unit busted an illegal firearm manufacturing facility on Monday in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Additionally, a factory employee by the name of Aslam was detained.

Acting on a tip-off, the STF team conducted a raid in the Lisadi Gate police station area of Meerut where an illegal arms factory was being run.

Numerous illegal pistols, ammunition, cash, and other gun-making supplies were recovered during the search operation.

The supply chain and the individuals connected to it are being subjected to further investigations, police informed.
