YouTuber TTF Vasan Injured in Bike Stunt Mishap Near Kancheepuram; Case Registered

YouTube vlogger and motor enthusiast, TTF Vasan, found himself injured in a bike stunt gone awry on the Chennai-Bengaluru highway. A video capturing the incident has quickly gone viral on various social media platforms. Vasan’s attempt at a wheelie, a daring maneuver that lifts the bike’s front wheel off the ground, ended in him losing control of the motorcycle and being thrown into the roadside bushes.

This unfortunate incident occurred as Vasan and his friends were embarking on a trip to Maharashtra, with the accident taking place near Kancheepuram’s Baluchetty Chatram village around 4:32 PM on a Sunday. Quick-thinking onlookers rushed him to a nearby private hospital for medical attention.

TTF Vasan’s history of reckless driving has been a subject of concern, with previous instances of traffic guideline violations and bookings for his behaviour on the road. Social media users have voiced their criticism, emphasizing the dangers posed not only to Vasan but also to fellow commuters on the highway. They pointed out that his risky road stunts could potentially influence his predominantly young adult followers to imitate such actions, resulting in tragic consequences.

The incident has led to legal repercussions, as the Baluchetty Chatram police have filed charges against him under sections 279 (rash driving or riding on a public way) and 337 (causing hurt by an act endangering the life or personal safety of others) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
