5 Students Taken Ill After Consuming Toxic Wild Fruit In Bhadrak

Bhadrak: At least five students of the Chudamani area were taken ill after consuming toxic wild fruit in Bhadrak district on Friday.

According to reports, the incident took place while the students were on their way to tuition. They consumed some fruits from a tree.

Later, the students complained of uneasiness and showed symptoms like nausea and vomiting. Following this, the parents of the victims immediately rushed them to the Bashudevpur Hospital for treatment.

After treatment, the condition of the students is stated to be stable now and they have been discharged from the hospital.
