Allahabad High Court will hear the case of Gyanvapi Masjid today

Wednesday is going to be very important in Varanasi’s Gyanvapi Masjid case. The case will be heard in the Allahabad High Court on Wednesday. The hearing of the case in the High Court will start at 2 pm. In this case, the hearing will be held on a single bench of Justice Prakash Padia of the High Court.

The Allahabad High Court will hear the dispute over Gyanvapi Masjid in Varanasi on Wednesday. In this hearing, which will start at 2 pm, the first arguments will be presented on behalf of the Hindu and Muslim parties. The UP government will then have to present its arguments. It is said that a hearing will be held in the case of declaring the disputed land as worship property under the Worship Act.

Meanwhile, the case related to Gyanvapi Masjid was heard in Varanasi District Court on Tuesday. Now the next hearing of this case will be on September 5. The petition seeks to allow the daily worship of the Shivling allegedly found during the survey.

During the hearing held on Tuesday, a letter was placed in the court on behalf of a Muslim. The letter claims that the suit cannot be maintained in any way. Thus, the case should be dismissed and the fast track court of Varanasi District Court will now hear it on September 5.
