Archana Nag to Sit for Integrated Law Exam from Jail Today

Bhubaneswar: The prime accused of the blackmailing and extortion case, Archana Nag will appear for her law exam today. She will appear for the 4th year 7th semester examination in Capital Law College.

According to sources, Archana Nag is admitted to the 5-year Integrated Law course of Capital Law College in Bhubaneswar.

She is now in jail under judicial custody after being arrested in a money laundering case. She had approached the court seeking permission for form fill-up to appear in the upcoming 7th-semester law examination. Bhubaneswar JMFC-5 Court has allowed her for the form fill-up.

It is expected that she will be allowed to write her examination papers from the jail as per guidelines after receiving permission from the court.

Enforcement Directorate (ED) has already submitted a 2241-page chargesheet to the court in the money laundering case in which Archana Nag and four others are named. ED has also attached her over Rs 3 crore-worth luxury house located at Satya Vihar under Mancheswar police station limits.
