Balasore Works Dept Assistant Engineer In Vigilance Net

Balasore: Assistant Engineer (R&B) Division-II of Odisha’s Balasore district is under vigilance’s net. He has been alleged of acquiring assets disproportionate to his known source of income.

The accused was identified as Ajay Kumar Senapati. According to the information given by the Odisha Vigilance, searches are being carried out at seven locations related to Senapati in Puri, Balasore and Khurda districts.

The raids are being carried out by four DSPs, 10 Inspectors, 2 Sub-Inspectors and other staff of Odisha Vigilance on the basis of search warrants issued by the Vigilance Special Judge, Bhubaneswar.

The Vigilance sleuths are searching a residential house of Ajay Kumar Senapati located at Madanmohan Lane, Damodar Road, Harichandisahi in Puri; Flat No. 2063 located on the 2nd floor of Ananya Palm Beach in Puri; the government residential quarter of Senapati located in Balasore; the office room of Senapati at O/O Executive Engineer (R&B) Division-II, Balasore; a double storied building at Kulakandhei Balugaon in Khurdha; the parental house of Senapati at Bhagabati Sahi, Banpur, Dist- Khurdha and the house a relative of Senapati at Tangi in Khurdha.
