Deadline to Fix HSRP on Vehicles Extended in Odisha for Numbers Ending with 1, 2, 3, 4

Bhubaneswar: The last date to change the number plates of vehicles in Odisha having registration numbers ending with 1, 2, 3, or 4 has been extended to December 31, 2022.

Odisha government filed an affidavit regarding it in Orissa High Court. Previously this last date was November 30.

But the deadline for vehicles having registration numbers ending with 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 0 remains as earlier.

This was the fourth time the deadline has been extended.

Through a press release on November 15, the Joint Commissioner, Transport, Technical had said “For the convenience of the vehicle owners, the department has extended the deadline three times. The vehicle owners, who do not have access to the internet or knowledge of technology, can apply for HSRP through nearby Mo Seva Kendra or HSRP facilitation centers at RTO as per their convenience.”
