Delhi Police Seeks Cancellation of POCSO Case Against WFI Chief Brij Bhushan

New Delhi: The Delhi Police on Thursday sought cancellation of a sexual harassment case filed by a minor wrestler against WFI chief Brij Bhushan Singh.

Before a Delhi court, the police recommended the cancellation of the FIR filed under the POCSO Act against the WFI chief. A 550-page cancellation report was filed before the court for dropping the POCSO charges against the WFI chief.

The court will take up the matter for further consideration on July 4.

On April 28, Delhi Police registered two FIRs against Singh at the Connaught Place police station.
