Cuttack: Father and son are trapped in the river flood water. Both are trapped in Kandarpur Amangekuda, Athagarh. Father and son went to graze goats from the bottom of the hill. Due to the sudden flood water, both of them are trapped in the mud. The family is now in fear as they have run out of food. Their phone has also been switched off.

The family is now worried as communication has broken down. However, after receiving the news, the ODRAF team arrived. Efforts have been made by the administration to rescue through the ODRAF team. Now there is heavy rain due to flood water flowing in Mundali on danger signal. This could be a challenge for the rescue team ODRAF Team.
