New Delhi: The producer Guneet Monga and director Kartiki Gonsalves of the Oscars Award-winning movie ‘The Elephant Whisperers’ on Thursday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his official residence in New Delhi.
In a tweet, the PM expressed happiness over meeting with the important team members of the Oscar-winning documentary.

The Prime Minister said the documentary-making team has made India very proud. He said the cinematic brilliance and success of the movie have drawn global attention as well as acclaim.
Guneet Monga’s ‘The Elephant Whisperers’ won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Short Film.
Not only that, Deepika Padukone is one of the presenters at Oscars 2023.
The 40-minute documentary follows two members of India’s Kattunayakan tribe as they care for an abandoned baby elephant named Raghu.
