FIR Against Priyanka Gandhi’s PA for giving Death Threats to Dalit Actress & Congress Leader

Meerut: An FIR has been registered in a police station in Uttar Pradesh’s Meerut against Sandeep Singh, the personal assistant of Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, for his alleged death threat to an actor and Dalit woman Congress leader named Archana Gautam.

Archana is a Bigg Boss 16 finalist. She also contested from Hastinapur assembly segment as the Congress candidate. It is alleged that while Archana Gautam was in Raipur for the Congress Plenary, she was allegedly threatened by Sandeep, who used caste-based slurs against the Dalit female leader.

Archana Gautam’s father had lodged a complaint with the police regarding it. Based on it a case has been registered against Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s PA under different sections of the IPC.

According to sources, this Bigg Boss 16 finalist was invited to the Raipur convention of the Congress by Priyanka Vadra’s PA Sandeep Singh. Archana Gautam had sought time from Sandeep Singh to meet Priyanka, but Sandeep refused to oblige.  Later, he allegedly used casteist and indecent abuses and threatened to kill Archana in front of everyone at the convention stage.

Archana Gautam’s father claims that there is video evidence of the entire incident. He pleaded for his daughter’s safety in the police complaint.

Now, the police have registered an FIR under Section 504, 506, and 509 of IPC, section 3(1)(d) and 3(1) of SC/ST Act 1989 (Amendment 2015) against Priyanka Vadra’s PA Sandeep Singh at Partapur police station. Very soon a police team will be sent to Raipur to check the evidence.
