IMD Forecasts Thunderstorm & Lightning In Some Odisha Districts Within 3 Hours

Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) regional office forecasted light to moderate thunderstorms with lightning to affect some parts of Odisha.

As per IMD,  light to moderate thunderstorms with lightning to affect some parts of Nayagarh, Khudra (including Bhubaneswar), Cuttack (including Cuttack City), Dhenkanal, Kendrapada, Bhadrak, and Jajpur districts within the next three hours.

People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
